    Hmm.
    Guess I was tired.
Though this truck has an amazing inter spring mattress, I lay down at 2200, woke up about 0930 when the phone rang.
I haven’t slept that long since I was a kid.
Plus, back isn’t hurting from lying down so long.
With my 1600 appointment I set my alarm for 1400 because I’m usually watching movies or YouTube music videos, so maybe sometimes you don’t need an alarm.

When I was driving I was able to take power naps and tell myself when to get up. Alas tthose days are gone and I can sleep when ever I want.

Yea, I was a tech support agent and they expected me to sell products to people who were unhappy with their services. I received writeups for going off script multiple times, despite my going off script reducing the time of calls (though it did result in more tech call outs for bad existing lines). The final straw of my short stint there was after the tornado that wiped out half of Joplin, MO. Had a lady call in wanting her internet and cable services working immediately. I spent 30+ minutes explaining that technicians from around the country were en route, as well as that we knew electrical linemen were coming in from other places as well to help the town recover as quickly as possible. She told me repeatedly they had a generator and power, so she wanted her services back on. Finally I told her "ma'am, I can't offer you any other assistance, you're SOL", and I ended the call. My "coach" felt that I should have handled the call better, and I told him he could find somebody else to meet their metrics because I quit.

I've used those words in order to spur @Rideandrepair into action (kinda') on multiple occasions. For some reason, he never takes the bait. ;)
