Flatbed OTR-Regional-Local

We are a family-owned flatbed company based in Minnesota and are hiring along our major routes. Company drivers can choose from regional, weekly, or biweekly home time/compensation package.
$75,000-$90,000+ per year in their first year. Our strong customer base across the country allows us to keep trucks moving and also get them back home with very little, if any, downtime between loads. ​

• Late Model 389 or 579 Peterbilts
• Conestoga, Flatbed, Stepdeck, RGN
• No tarping option pulling a Conestoga
• Health Insurance 75% paid after 60 days
• Retirement Plan 3% match +
• Company HSA contribution of $750 annually
• Paid Vacation and Holiday
• .58 CPM including Per Diem pay
• $25 for extra stops
• $20-$75 for tarping
• $0.10 per mile extra for over-dimensional loads
• $25 bonus for DOT inspections resulting in no violations
• $6000 Sign on Bonus - Monthly Payments
• $3000 new driver recruiting bonus (unlimited)
• Transportation Provided to our Terminal

Eligible Over The Road drivers must have 1 year of OTR/Regional experience with a good driving record.
Also looking for Lease Purchase Drivers, currently we have 2014-2017 Peterbilt 579's
