What do you do if you've been stuck somewhere going on 50+hrs because carrier is taking forever to pay on repairs for their trailer and won't assign a new load. Can you just go home (5hrs away) cause I can sit at the house and not get paid til they figure they #### out.

Unless bill is outrageous or non approved repairs were done . I’d suspect financial issues

    Depends on company policy.
If it's been that long though I'd be cleaning my truck out. If they are having trouble paying a bill to keep the truck running and making money how long will it be before they can't pay you.

    Jarhed1964 and Magoo1968 Thank this.

probably the shop did un=authorized repairs and truck co is arguing about payment, and meanwhile, you get to take a break.
