Ramblin Jacks Rib Eye in Napavine Washington on the I-5. Plenty of truck parking in back of restaurant as well as parking at McDonalds across the street or Love's across the highway. Not just great steaks but great food and a bar.

Obie's BBQ off the I-25 in Colorado City CO. I found this gem a few years ago and always stop by whenever I'm in the area. Great BBQ which I crave on the road. Great steaks and food in general. Overnight truck parking on site which you'll need after a couple beers with dinner.

Yeah, just go to loves bbq & steakhouse in Chillicothe, TX. No affiliation with the loves truck stops.

big Texan is cool for the novelty & experience, but if you want a steak…

it’s a little hole in the wall place, but you’ll never forget it. I highly doubt I’ll ever be there in a truck again, but some day on a MC trip to the southwest…

Rancher's Grill in Deming, NM is pretty good. You can park behind the restaurant, or you can park behind the fuel stop next door.

Just about any stockyard has a good restaurant.
It’s been a while but the one south of Brush Colorado was a good one.

First time I went there I asked a guy at TA if it was any good
    He said hit and miss

I’ve been there maybe 7 times and he was right
Half were pretty good and the other half not so much

And $25 is starting to be on the low end. Plus tip and usually a pretty long wait

The atmosphere at Big Tex is pretty cool, has the old school Texas vibe with lots of old 1 off type video games, like the Zoltar machine (fortune machine from movie Big) with a cowboy, shooting gallery, other Americana kitsch type stuff.

I agree on the quality of the Steak, however you can still get huge steaks there unlike most of the newer places. Ittypically gowwithtthe24 or 32 oz Ribeye. Sometimes not so tender here.

The Longhorn Steakhouse "you can't fake steak" commercials always made me laugh, because in classic awesome Steakhouses, at least traditionally they would always offer huge steaks on the menu. I think longhorns big daddy steak is like a 12oz ribeye. That's not a steak, that's a snack.

Charlie's Steakhouses in Orlando metro are kind of hit and miss last time I tried, like 5 years ago. They were consistent in the aughts then got hit or miss through the teens. They might be back firing on all cylinders now, certainly be worth trying if one is in Orlando. They are cooked over a wood fire. The original location is on Orange Blossom Trail south of I-4 a couple miles.

    America's #1 Steakhouse - Charley's Steak House

    In Kansas City:

I recommend the Hereford House, excellent steakhouse. It looks like the Original location in town has closed but there are 4 remaining locations one each of the cardinal directions out of town.

Anyone tried the Cattleman's steakhouses out in Cali? Any good?

They had a radio commercial last time I was out there that ended saying they have room to park whatever your driving.
