1994 Detroit 60 Series 12.7 jake brake problem.

My 4cyl jakes act like they don't turn off when you hit the accelerator, clutch or even turn the switch off. They sound like they keep running for a few seconds after they should have cut off completely. 2cyl jakes work fine. Need to find a solution quick as this is my main rig. Thanks.

Forgot to add it's a 1995 Freightliner FLD120 with a 1994 DDEC III 360hp motor. Thanks again.
