A lot of those sound like good sandwich names, and ones I'd never order.

If it is a dirty trailer you need a copy of the last b/l showing last product hauled. If you get a clean washed out trailer, all you need to carry is the washout ticket.

The ONLY thing you bring into the scale house is the BOL. Period. If they ask for the weight ticket from the shipper that’s ok too. But leave all other paperwork like dispatch’s etc. in the truck.

Good link to have thanks. Stupid question…if a driver has this link on his phone, does he still have to have the physical copy of the book in his truck?

Well its the BOL that needs to stay in the door pocket or drivers seat, correct?
Am I wrong to bring my permit book into the scale house?

All they've ever looked at when they've checked me is cab card and IFTA. Never asked for BOL or logbook yet.
