i always found it to be faster to drop the tail, take the dolly to it's drop area, dock the lead pup, then go back for the tail, and dock that.

the terminals i went to, had no time for that.

Not always the option. Once I was with Fedex ariived to Boise and took wrong turn. It was way before GPS come on the market. Spent good time trying to back with doubles because road was to narrow to turn around even with one pup and residential area ahead.

I disagree. This isn't training for being s driver it's a school to pass the test.

The school should be sticking to testing parameters, it's not the schools job to make them "pros"

No amount of backing between cones is gonna get a guy ready to blind side back off a highway into a dock in the center of Chicago. The only thing that's gonna is experience in the real world.

There's 0 reason to think the "instructor" knows better then the ones to made the test.

He wasn’t docking front trailer, said it was going on North.
So 6 minute video, was a couple wasted on talking and walking back and forth, so say 4 minutes, faster than all that extra work.

You don't need school at all to pass the test. Go to DMV and take a test with all endorsements you want for learning permit. I did so.
Then go take a road test and have your CDL.
Did you read his complains? He wants Universe to spin around him and for him only, personal trainer and personal truck to have more backing training. He is already super trucker who hate new students because they are not so good as he though he is. He knows better how to train, what test is appropriate, how to handle training process.
    Potential Chinatown permanent client.
