Mastio award for trucking companies?

    So Old Dominion on their email says they won that award 11 years straight i'm just trying to figure out what it is, and if it's credible or not.

    So I went their website and this the pdf thing that kind of describes what it is. on page 2 especially.

    even though i seen the page. i want to talk about it. so the award mostly about customer experience?

    Yeah it sounds like those JD Power awards that automakers like to show off. Or those “10 Best” rankings that you see trucking companies advertising. There’s a million categories, so there’s plenty of awards to go around for plenty of companies.

    "Voted Best Fleet to Drive For" is a joke. Tennant used to pressure their drivers to call in and give a favorable review. I'm a hard-headed old man so never made the call.

    Those reviews are such a joke.

    my old employer wins this crazy award from Forbes about best employer to work for by survey. I was asked to do the survey once; actually forced to do it - and my boss albeit not watching over my shoulder sat next to me on a bar stool while I filled out the whole thing “truthfully”.

    Like honestly, I want to know if these company men really believe what they believe or if the coolaid is just strong in the corporate word. Why would i say anything negative about my employer in front of my boss, who gives me a “anonymous” login to complete the survey on a company computer using an INTRA-Net connection; not internet.
