Man Steals 100,000 GALLONS Of Diesel

In Florida a guy was stealing gasoline for his car.
He would park over the underground tank, lower a hose into the tank, turn on his boat bilge pump that was mounted in his car truck, and pump the gas out and into his car gas tank.

 

If this guy wasn’t so greedy and also dumb to keeping using the same station, he probably would have had a lot more longevity.

 

Need to go full on New Jersey and require full time pump jockeys at every fuel point. Gas, Diesel, and LPG/CNG stations.

 

The tank is clearly custom built. The truck is a 6.7 so it’s 2011+. You have to wonder if he didn’t cut the floor out of the bed so that he could drop the tank down into the frame rails? It’s possible.

 

The 750 gallon estimate came from the police report

Which would be a WAG, or the cop googled 'what is the volume of a pickup truck bed' and went with it

The case isn't going to be thrown out if it turns out he only had 749 gallons in the bed
