Was perusing the local CL job ads here in MN and came upon this ad.
Guy is looking for transport of a homemade trailer/camper unit from Canada(Sarnia) to St Paul at a residence.
Curious on how this is handled w regards to customs, ownership etc.
I assume it would be a PIA for a partial.
Any thoughts?

No way , never.
You'd be lucky to make thru Chicago with that hoopdee.
I get a headache just looking at that abomination.Dennixx Thanks this. -
Yea.....nope, only way id carry that is in my bed as scrap or on an enclosed flatbed. Those "home made" campers are iffy at the best of times. I cant tell you how many i saw in the bakken that fell apart, blew up or caught fire.

I dunno, looks like some time and effort went into this build. I'd go for it.

Why go thru Chitcago? Take the ferry across Lake Michigan.

Cost would seem to exceed value

Dennixx and shooter19802003 Thank this. -
It begs the question, why doesn't he just move it himself? After all, he did build it.
Nostalgic Thanks this. -
It's CL. They'll never pay a reasonable rate. Let the builder move it himself.
shooter19802003 and Speed_Drums Thank this.
