It's not legal if I can't grow it in my backyard.
So your statement claiming it's been legalized is false. Only the smoking is.

The statements about crimes going down are valid, we just aren't there yet.

I guess it’s only legal if the government is making money off it.

I think you should be able to legally grow it just like lettuce.

Again, everyone and his little brother growing whatever amount of marijuana wherever they want to grow marijuana was not part of any pro-pot legalization push that I had ever heard of.

Nowadays, one can be in possession of marijuana (depending upon the laws of the state or local municipality one is in) and be in legal posession of said substance.

While I recognize that your argument of being fully legal relies upon there being no restrictions placed upon the amount of marijuana one may grow or possess, we are much closer to this than in times past.

Knowing Michigan they would rebuild the weigh station within weeks and make it more accurate!lol
Somebody already destroyed one down on I-64 in Indiana last week but unfortunately the driver was killed in the process (possible medical emergency).
Another one was taken out last year in Connecticut by a 4 wheeler on I-95 (last time I passed by it there were still construction barrels and barricades around what was left of the foundation.

Yeah, and it was also supposed to put the cartels out of business.

The sad part is that some people actually believed both of those BS lines.
