Maybe consider getting a cold brew press. Just make it the day before, put it in the fridge, and drive. By the next day, the vibrations from driving will mix it well and the grounds will settle at the bottom.
Rideandrepair and Bean Jr. Thank this. -
A 1500w inverter will power any coffee maker. My 1000w powered a basic Mr Coffee, it drew 750w but not my new fancy Mr Coffee w/ carafe. It draws 1350w. Most Company Trucks have factory inverters installed already from what I hear. Probably be a 1500w at least.

So I have to tell you once you've had a K-Cup Pod coffee maker you'll never go back.
Put in the pod, hit the button, coffee comes out, throw pod away, now you're all finished.
Coffee in about a minute with no mess to clean up. Way cheaper and faster than stopping anywhere.slim shady Thanks this. -
