It’s apparently top secret. Just the sound of it makes me nauseous.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

I did inquire about it, but was told there were no more slots available. Being home every week would be great. Will see if other opportunity I asked about comes to fruition.

    Lonesome and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this.

Finally got my truck out of the shop. First load has me going to Chicago with a pre-loaded reefer that was already on the yard.

This was the state of the landing gear when I went to hook the trailer:

Just a little note……Crete just announced another driver raise today. The starting pay without bonus is now .66 per mile maxing out at .71 All trucking companies have their share of BS, but with that kind of pay, it almost makes it bearable. I know, the mega argument, but our parent company is the biggest mega in the country. I just wonder how one company can justify and sustain that type of pay, and others can’t. Maybe it’s not can’t, but won’t.

The downside of doing that is that you'll be stuck at that Pilot for your 10.

That’s got to be the worst designed Pilot in the country. You can’t even run in to use the bathroom or grab a coffee without getting jammed up.
