Do you get a break on insurance if you install one of these?

Not that I'm aware of. It just saves you alot of down time and repair cost. Isn't that worth it alone? Plus they look ######. Except on a freightliner, because you can't smear lipstick on that pig.

I don't but I also don't carry physical damage so they would have zero reason to.

I called there this morning and they want 5k for their standard W9 bumper. It's the second picture of a white w9 in their gallery. I think it's overpriced considering they use the same weak bolt system for hinges as mentioned above. Not worth the money IMO.

That is pretty much inline with herd pricing. It would be nice if they had a better hinge system and locking system. I could overlook the hinges, if they ditched the two bolt locking system.

That was Bison I called. Way too much considering I could get a Herd for just a tad more that's way more durable with the boxed in posts. Could probably even go to a smaller diameter tube since the boxed ends add a good amount of strength. Ali Arc also uses the bolt deal. Talked to them today and they blamed the drivers for the lame hinge design failure. Imagine that! Drivers are always getting blamed for something. They claimed they aren't keeping the bolts tight enough.
