Looks nice. I spent some time in the Melbourne area. Florida is a great state. One of my top choices but I see many companies don't even hire drivers from Florida. And many owner ops refuse to even go down there because of low rates out. Nice place to retire though.

Dry van for now. But who knows what the future holds. Arizona looks beautiful. Phoenix has lots of jobs. I just figured Las Vegas is a bit cooler, more action, no state income tax. More fun for a single guy with a few days off.

@Chinatown are you worried about your water situation there? I'm sure the state has some plans in place. Those resorts and hotels aren't going to let their billions of dollars worth of real estate dry up and rot in the sun...hopefully.

Dozens of company driver jobs in Florida. Don't know how the 0/0 situation is.

Bullhead City, Arizona has a cheaper cost of living than Phoenix. It's right across the river from Laughlin, Nevada

I'm somewhat concerned about the water. Don't want to overthink it though.

Las Vegas is probably the most water efficient city on earth and becoming more so every year. Water is an issue though. I’ve always thought that is push comes to shove, Nevada will secure an agreement with California to purchase some of their Colorado river allocation. It might be expensive, but very much could happen. There are other options such as pipelines and such. IMO, LV will always have water. The question is what will it cost.
