Need help with Cascadia Storage removal.

My Classic leaks. I think it’s the top of windshield gasket. I’ve replaced the gasket. I plan on putting silicone on the outside, across the top, and around the corner a bit, under the rubber seal. I’ve looked for leaks inside above it, done see any. The windshield Guys claim it’s not needed. I had the same problem on a WS. The Dealer used black Trailer roof type sealer across the top, on a new gasket. Never leaked again. That stuffs thick and messy. I think the clear sticky silicone will work, using the cone adapter, getting it in under the seal. Can’t hurt to try. Before taking everything apart.

 

My guess would be to take it out, it probably snaps in place or there is screws holding it up underneath the headliner.

 

Looks like some buttons on the bottom. Might be screws under them. Side pillar covers and sun visors probably come off, more screws under there. I’m headed to my Truck tomorrow. We have a Cascadia up there for parts. I’ll look at it. Already did once. Thought about putting the center door and the bunk cabinet on my Classic. Couldn’t tell how it comes off though without breaking it. Everytime I take something off the interior I break it. Lol. I’ll look again.

 

Looks like a plastic cap. If so pop it off, might be a screw under it.

 

Water may be coming in from a spot weld or rivet in the sheet metal. Minuscule cracks develop around them on the roof from the constant vibration caused by the wind.
