So minor update. Insurance finally kicked into effect. First chemo treatment is scheduled for October 7th. Which is a Thursday. From there it will be every other Thursday. After 90 days of treatment. Another scan to see how much it has shrunk.

I had Testicular Cancer in 2001.
1 week in Cancer Ward of Hospital, 3 weeks home for 3 months.
I had 3 different Treatments* (*Poisons): Cisplatin, Bleomycin, Etoposide.
Made up a short slogan from them: AT MY SIDE.
Depending upon Chemo used, You may need Plastic Eating Utensils and You'll KNOW When.
You may well have a Port installed if not already and there's some "numbing stuff" (Placebo) for Injections which didn't then actually work.

My Pain "Warnings" lasted on and off about 3 months and simply increased until constant, then to Hospital for C.T.
    That was a Saturday.
Sunday Morning my non Cancer Doctor called with results.
Monday at Hospital setting up regimen.
They were NOT "mucking about" regardless of US having ZERO Health Insurance.
Cancer overrides waiting protocols, at least in NC.
    State Funded Cancer Treatment Regimen.
The Surgeon stated: "You'll Receive All Needed Treatments Regardless Of Your Ability To Pay"!
After being diagnosed, the Cancer Doctor clearly stated "You MIGHT have 6 months without Treatment and it'll be increasingly painful".

After treatment done, I had a couple of shirts made with bold lettering: I Gave My Left Nut To Be Here!

    I'm betting on Sooner!

Recently, June this year had a case of Bladder Cancer.
    Tumor discovered through Cystoscopy.
Time from discovery to surgery, about 2 weeks.
Mr or Miss Roboto did the surgery with 2 Doctors assisting.
Overnight then home. Kept the Nurses Laughing. Sarcasm Is Your Friend.
My "recovery fun" started after discharged home. Much different from 2001.

My Bright Health Insurance covered 99%.
My Bladder Cancer Doctor is a Woman.

I actually have to give a big shout out to Stevens Transport. They shipped all of my belongings to me via FedEx. At no cost to me.

That includes a fridge, oven and a TV. It was not cheap.

Yes. The equipment manager even called me today. To apologize for not getting back to me with the tracking number earlier.

Lord have mercy. 10 boxes. Missing a few cheap little items. But both laptops were there.
