If this is a serious question, you need to provide more info. Otherwise, the replies could possibly be a little sarcastic.

No it's a great time to remember her, she's friskier and can't get more pregnant.

Why B.S. accusations? It is possible for a trailer to crack, for instance. You can't drive it but the freight itself can be intact. I can see a scenario like that quite possible.
I would try to transfer the freight onto another trailer...easier said than done and expensive too.

Why? Well quite simply because at least 2-3x per week somebody decides to get into the business without a clue of what is required in expenses, or legalities. This particular individual was just on trying to find out what is needed to run an outfit like the 1099s out of Chicago where he can charge an o/o to run under his authority.

Because there is absolutely zero context in his question. Was he in a wreck and it was laying on its side in the median? HOW was it TOTALED? WHY is the seal missing.......or is it? Notice how the OP hasn't been back? Why do people pose incomprehensible questions, and then vanish.....I don't know...do you? I actually like all of the current answers.

Ignore the 10 foot gash in the side, if the seal is intact you're good!
