Breaking cable seals, what do you use?

I do not pull van, BUT

I highly recomend having a set of these. "Fencing pliers" 10$ at tsc

But i also have side cutters, a 4.5 inch electric 18v grinder and about 5 other tools that probably would do the trick in a pinch.

The knipex cutter is excellent, but not terribly cheap either
