    You’re not getting what I said, just because they are paying for the repairs, the lost revenue isn’t their problem without proof they actually were the direct cause of the problem. The dealer isn’t cummins, they have zero credibility to make a judgement call about the work, it takes the engine manufacturer to do so if you want to pursue more than just the repairs. The other shop can make a good case that they just paid for the repairs to make you feel good and end the problem for you, this is what happened to me.

    I get what you said, And yes the dealer is taking care of everything appropriately.

    those are the two dealers up here, I would of helped him out with the load but seems he has it under control then…

    Yes, thankfully he got a rental and is dropping the 1st load now :)

    Yeah, 7 weeks for a DOT inspection and repairs is insane. We just started our authority, but some money did have to come out of our maintenance funds for bills. We will be ok, just very disappointed in the quality of repairs and also found out they didn't fix dot required items that they certified us for. So dealing with that too. The state is looking into that.
