No, freightliner won't be able to do anything.
My guess is the def was sloshing in the tank and got bubbly, which freaked the sensor out. A few years ago a mechanic advised that I top off the Def every time I fill up to help avoid these kind of issues.
Code 3364 and 3521 came on my truck out the blue
