    Keep seeing these stickers all over the inspection station windows in Quebec. Any idea what they mean?.

    I think négo translated from French to English is negotiation. So "In Negotiation" possibly? My French is not as good as it once was.

    Yeah, I got the Google translation but not sure how it pertains to the inspection station. It's a bunch of little post it type notes stuck all over the windows so kind of curious.

    Last time they had "TRAHI" that means Betrayed or so I was told. Doesnt seem that long ago?

    Makes sense as the notes don't look official, probably a union type action. The stations were still manned but don't know if they were actually working or just keeping them open because they had to.
