I was polite and professional the entire time with them. When i was told Bruce, the guy who told me they would take care of me, would not speak to me, that is when i knew i was the fly that was caught in the spider web and i wasn't getting out of this mess. I have been a business owner all my life. Started my first company at 16 years old cutting lawns and hauling debris to the dump in my pick up truck way back then. Since then i have had many companies in different industries, including laser printer repair, so i know the service business. This is not how you run a service/repair business. The owner must stand behind his service. Bruce is a flat out coward who does not care about his customers. If he did he would have gotten up from under his desk, dusted off his britches, and talked to me. Horrible company and horribly run by a poor team leader.
Speed_Drums, jsnell, jason6541 and 1 other person Thank this. -

I have used diesel force and it did clean up induction side and exhaust side
On my DD15. I had it done in Phoenix
PP is a #### scam company. Never heard anything positive about them.
Same with snake oil rutherfordJoeyJunk and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this. -
Diesel Force is good. Pittsburgh Power is not. I wouldn’t trust them to do the cleaning properly.

Diesel Force does intrigue me but I'd like some more reviews on it from those who have had it done. And the price with before/after pics.

@QUALITYTRUCK provides this service at his shop.

If you paid with a CC you may be able to have them reverse the charges if it’s somewhat recent
I have done this a couple times on repairs from other companies that never could fix what they say they didmitmaks Thanks this. -
All the additives you put in your tank are trash, and do nothing but separate fools and their money, except antigel.
Dpf at 500k miles? Pray to your god. Bake it, chem clean it, do something else unmentionable to it....
