Any good 2014 Volvo w/ Cummins ISX 450 ?

    I'm looking at a 2014 volvo with a cummins ISX 450 with 432k miles. How is the ISX 450 from that year? Did they manage to work out most of the emission issues by then? Is this a good engine?

    Have an oil sample done if it hasn't been serviced. New oil won't tell you anything.

    Are there maintenance records?

    Is there oil leaking from the gear housing ( cover on front of engine ).

    Have the tappets in the fuel pump been switched to metal?

    How much idle time? Divide the total miles by engine hours.
