ikr. i feel the same when i walk into my house and see my wife and kids. i take it for the team cause i dont want to be a let down and failure. so i let myself be bullied. i just wish i can be like the other men and just be a baby daddy and not a hard working father that stands up for whats best.

Oh, you are so right! My friend at the Atlanta ARTCC earns six figures a year! The OP would do well to stick with the FAA!

The ATL TRACON is busy. My friend started out there. Today he is at the ARTCC in Hampton Georgia. It's actually located across US 19/41 from the Atlanta Speedway!

I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that employers have to bribe their employees to take the shot, or that employees are actually falling for the bribe.

My company is trying to bribe us with $500 to get it. They can keep their money.

Nope, I won't do that. Not only is it immoral and unethical, but if you get caught doing that, they have grounds to immediately fire you. Not worth the risk.

That is my plan... I'm going to force them to fire me for refusal to get the vaccine. I'm trying to get a religious accommodation at the moment, but there's no guarantee. IF I'm denied the accommodation, I'm filing a complaint with the EEOC for violation of my civil liberties. Yes, I agree this has to / eventually will be litigated in the courts. IF (God willing) the courts rule in favor of those who were terminated over non-compliance with the mandate, or if his E.O. is determined to be unconstitutional, everyone has very good grounds to be reinstated at their former employers, with back pay.

We do have a union, it's called NATCA (National Association of Air Traffic Controllers). However I'm in a supervisor role, so I'm not a part of the Union. Even if I was, the NATCA union didn't even put up a fight at all over the executive order. So at least on this issue, the union is in bed with the agency. It just sucks royally it's come down to this....
