Cascadia mirror mounted(bottom of) antenna. Have a 4' firestikk and works fine
Question is would a 5' make any/big difference. 4' sits just below my flat top
Bought a 5, is it worth it?

I think so. I prefer 5 ft over 4. Seems to reach better

Is that the single stud in the bolt hole??
If so get rid of it...To much strain on that one spot..See if you can find a stainless version 2 bolt mount..Wilson makes a alum one but i hear they break..
Go crazy driver and get a 6ft fs....slim shady Thanks this. -
Yes. The extra foot WILL make a difference

Passenger side is a big no no for a screw in bird perch! It will loosen up due to wind load on antenna. This is what you want mounted on the driver's side.....
