Adding a O/O under my Authority...Insurance questions

    I have fairly new numbers, and I have a couple of o/o that want to lease on under my authority. 2 of the drivers already have their equipment insured. Does the o/o under my authority have to be on my insurance or can they be insured on their own?? All help and insight greatly appreciated.

    They must run under your cargo/liability insurance. However, they can have their own insurance when it comes to the truck, Physical damage, bobtail, etc
