I have been working for this company for a few months now and it the way they treat drivers is absolutely criminal and the only reason I am staying with them is because I job hopped too much my first year out here and they gave me a chance but as soon as I get enough time with them I am gone. For starters they expect solo drivers to run team loads and then act like it's you're fault when you recieve an HOS violation, the equipment is trash. Every trailer is damaged, trucks are always breaking down, and I have had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket. Last repair dispatch sent me to a speedco in Arizona and the owner refused to pay for it because he didn't authorize it himself so I the driver ate the cost. After the repair was done I had to run for almost 24 hours to make the delivery and was told if I was late I would be fired. They also gave me a service failure because they set an appointment for me to be in North Carolina in 2 days when I had just picked up the load in Bakersfield and obviously I was late so any more service failures in 90 days and I would be fired and because of the 1 service failure the owner has "suspended my guarantee pay indefiently". They expect you to get you're truck washed once every 2 weeks but yet they don't have an account with Blue Beacon or anyone else you have to either ask for a PO number and hope dispatch responds in time which never happens or save the receipt and hope you get reimbires which 9/10 times you don't. They tell you that you get weekly hometime but yet will expect you to drop everything and be back in the truck at a moments notice when they call no matter what. Also getting paid is a huge hassle, they don't have direct deposit so you have to bring dispatch all you're BOL's and wait for a paper which sometimes takes a couple weeks. Dispatch is useless and will ignore you or be super disrespectful to you until you are at the yard then you are their best friend. Also they treat all the Indian drivers like gold and everyone else like crap. I highly suggest you avoid this place no matter what, once I have atleast 6 months with when I'm leaving and taking them to court

They cannot fire you for being compliant with regulations. If they do they open themselves up for huge problems.

The fmcsa has shown they arnt interested in enforcement on the immigrant carriers such as the Eastern euros and the Middle easterners ...if they were theyre trucks would be parked in back of every scale .
They would rather nit pick established carriers on dumb #### like form and manner .

    Agree 100%.

They can't read or speak English which is a disqualification all by itself.

From their Facebook® page... "Anthony" here apparently warranted being assigned a new 389...

Sometimes getting fired isn't that bad of an idea. You had to pay for repairs and eat costs.....You're losing a lot more working there than if you're not.

As far as I knew the 389's were only avaliable for the few lease purchase guys from Texas. I've yet to see one at the yard, most of the fleet consists of Freightshakers, Volvos, and T680's never seen a Pete.
