I thought my 01 770 was smooth, but it’s got nothing on this one.
It’s like riding in a luxury RV and it also gets better fuel mileage than my old one

Brother, you aren’t having good luck with trucks lately. Hope things get better for you.

that is 1 dealer I will never ever go to again...

Over charged me $250 to check the rear ride hight.... 15min job all other dealers charge 1/2hr

Broke the main power cable from the Alternator to the batteries then wanted $400 to fix it (they took the Alternator to route the wires for the egr valves behind it)

Got the company I was leased to to ok a $2,000 repair a oil leak (without asking me) I found out (before they did the work) and told them I don't care what the company ok'ed it's my truck and I'm the 1 that's paying for it and I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE IT OR ANY DIAGNOSTIC TIME so if you do it AGAINST MY WISHERS I'm not paying for it.... (7 years later still haven't fix it)

They replaced my rear, rear right abs Sensor. When I left every time I would hit the brakes that wheel wanted to lock up..... got into a another dealer the next day to have it checked.... I was in the shop when that pulled the wheels off, when the pulled the drum off the pivot pin fell out.... but what.... check and there is a pivot pin still in place.....!! Then look and I have new shoes on the end.....!!! The Mechanic looks at the shoes then at the drum and says "they put the wrong shoes on it"..... my truck has a mountain brake package and they put standard shoes on that 1 wheel.... their was nothing wrong with the shoes I had so I don't know why they would replace just that 1 wheel end.... they didn't charge me for it but they were back charged for it by the second dealer.....
