I just paid $5 for a copy of my CVOR and it's not even on there... Maybe it would be on the $12 Abstract? Anyway it occurred in Jan 2019

You're solid then, it will be off your abstract in January of 2022 which is about 3 more months. You can probably start looking for places to work

I had read Ontario wants to drop it off the criminal offence IF the charge stems from roadside check and no collision/injuries.

I think the bigger issue would be if they run a background check. That doesn’t disappear.

In my 15+ years trucking I've never once had to submit a CPIC to run Canada. I'll still be getting a pardon for it after 5 years is up though.

Yeah Canada is messed.. A ticket or suspension or disqualification won't even register with ICBC over in BC.. Figure that one out.

Yup.. Your ON abstract doesn't follow you to BC.. ICBC has no idea what you did here and you get a clean start out there.. I want to stick around here though.. Starting at Gardewine next week. Thanks guys.

    bark77 and '88K100 Thank this.
