What states require us to have tire chains on the truck?

Why? There's only 11 States that have any type of chain law and there's plenty of OTR drivers that never run out West.

Can find whatever u need on there. If u dont go out west very often, you could get by with just the cables. Much lighter easier to work with. I put about 15-20 passes on them last year over lookout pass and 4th of july and snoqualmie. Still good to go for this year.
I would not recommend the tire socks at all. It is not much better then running barefoot and if you start spinning they will disintegrate. Plus they are expensive as hell.Dadetrucking305 and shooter19802003 Thank this.
