Or more directly , what companies offer the best home time ?

I'm having trouble finding a local job that isn't night shift or some other garbage schedule . So I may as well look at regional. But 2 days off after being out all week (or longer ) , doesn't usually let you get rested up.

Any companies give you 3 days home time without having to stay out for weeks at a time?

Many food service and beverage companies have 4 day work weeks. Usually not 3 days off in a row. Good money..... But you will earn every penny

Yeah , definitely avoiding route jobs . Not worth the money to destroy my body and deal with 20 stops every day

My last job (regional) was a 4 day work week, off Sat/Sun/Mon. Private fleet and only spent two nights in the truck. (Not food service btw)

Roehl has really good home time options. 11/3 otr fleet which runs mostly Midwest after you’re out of your region. They’re super flexible but I have no idea how they’re keeping up with times in pay.

same here but in reefer. The home time was not an issue with them. Just couldn’t run the wheels off the truck like I would like to over there
