    Gonna guess..

    Trooper was blocking a lane for cone deployment
    Motorcycle was hauling hog thru construction zone.
    Sideswipes trooper when it nosed out into the lane. (also trooper may have failed to check for traffic before nosing out into lane)
    Rider rag dolls it into oncoming semi.

    According to Law and Crime, the 30-year-old trooper was heading west on State Route 400 towards a construction zone to help shut down a lane for workers when he struck a 52-year-old motorcyclist on a Harley. The force of the impact threw the biker from the motorcycle and he landed in the roadway, directly in the path of an oncoming semi truck.
