2016 paccar turbo cutting off

    My turbo just stops working at any time, when pulling up a hill starts like normal but after 5-7 seconds just stops and then starts working really slow but never at 100% of its capacity.

    I had the lip.of a pipe wear off around 630k miles. Above 20 psi, it would slip past the v clamp and lose power. But then push back together. Took a couple weeks to figure it out. It was cold and you could feel the blow by. It warmed up pipes expanded no blow by.
