    KISS frontman Gene Simmons is putting his Las Vegas valley mansion up for sale, and the asking price is certainly nothing to lose.

    Simmons' home in the exclusive Ascaya community of Henderson is listed for $14.95 million, according to The Ivan Sher Group, which is representing the property.

    "This home offers so much, from its incredible sweeping valley views and its contemporary modern architecture to its dedication to privacy and exclusivity," Evangelina Duke-Petroni, broker-salesperson at The Ivan Sher Group, said in a press release.

    The three-story mansion covers 11,000 square feet and boasts a private garden with walking trails next to the house.

    It has a lower-level basement, six bedrooms, eight baths and 11 attached garage spaces, according to the listing.

    Too small, i need room to stretch out.

    I never have liked the Ultra-Modern design. Needs plantation columns at the front porch.
