Transport Training Centre of Canada

Hi everyone, I really need help with this. I started my course of November 2020 and I paid in full $10k CAD to do this course.
We did the first in class section from November - December. We took a month break cause covid backed up their truck ride in hours, which is understandable.
I have done 18/20 in truck. My last day I have been in the truck is February 18th 2021 and right now it is October 25 2021. They refuse to give me a refund because I have completed more than 50% of the course. I havent been able to he booked because I work Patient Transfer Mon-Fri 6am-6pm. They say they cannot accommodate the hours needed for me to finish the last 2 days (or a double in 1 day). I can't book time off till my First year is complete and that is going to be February again. I tried to get the course done before I started the job but I had 4 lessons canceled on me before my work started so it went into my job starring period.

I won't be able to get back into the truck for my final 6 hours until a solid year after I have last been in a truck. They expect me to pass the test first time through and still retain everything from almost a year ago. I'm in Ontario Canada, I'm looking for any advice. Whether from making the final 2 days easier or even legal advice.
