I got to Ham Mound at 5am.
I left there at 1130am.
At least I am loaded, headed to Atlanta for Wednesday, and ready for some rhinoceros sleep.
At least the tain seems to have abated for now.......it's been raw as #### all day.
The lovely and normally supportive Mrs Skillet informed me that I've been out since the 15th of October, and I #### well better be thinking about pointing this rig toward the house, or else.
I pretended to be falling asleep on the phone.......*SNORT!* "Huh??? Wudyasay???"
Good night, all.dwells40, Rideandrepair, Opus and 11 others Thank this. -

I bought shocks at Freightliner. OEM are $110, than they have gas shocks for $75 and a cheaper oil shock for $60. Gabriel.

I had noticed the stacks of brand new containers in the yard with Schneider, Walmart, and a couple of other brands. Today there was a row of a half a dozen SNI trucks hanging out in a row by the trouble shack. Also noticed another one getting an escort (by the yard boss) past the check-in line during lunch. A point of interest on the containers is they were 53 foot long and a tad wider than regular containers. The port had already changed some of the top lift trucks over to the wide lift bars.Rideandrepair, homeskillet, LoSt_AgAiN and 8 others Thank this.
