75K Bond For Shooting At Truck Driver

Hummmmm and people wonder why i carry a gun. Psycos like that guy are everywhere anymore.

 

Attempted murder with a confession, and it's only 75K? Lock him up, no bond.

 

I can't believe he admitted to being that bad of a shot...

 

Once again, why does the truck driver always just sit there and let the guy shoot at him? Put that truck in gear, release the brakes, and give ‘er hell.

 

At least they owned up to their mistake

 

We need to change our prisons into dungeons. The crime rate would drop immensely.

 

Depends on how it happened. If the guy had it in his waist band and only pulled it when he got back to the door he may have only had a second to act for example. Your not wrong but i try to play devils advocate.

There are days i wonder why being civilized means removing serious consiquince for your actions and allowing the type of crap and who the hell agreed with it. Its one thing for a minor crime like j-walking or doing 5 over to be a slap on the wrist. Its another when you can shoot at someone and the worst that usually happens is at worst a year or two in jail and huge fine.

Remove a hand and give someone 200 lashes in public for INTENTIONALLY shooting at someone AND admitting you WANTED to kill them but not actully causeing the shootee any injury and people would be a lot more polite methinks.
