    Thinking of maybe giving this company a try.
    They talk a good game like everyone.
    Need to hear from real Marten drivers. Prefer hearing from dedicated drivers since that is what I'm shopping for.

    I know a few of their drivers, One older driver who’s been driving his whole life took the job just a few years out from retirement and that’s a dedicated route, drives four days a week making about 60,000 a year and they leave him alone. However all the other drivers I know say they are micromanaged. Lots of paperwork, checks and calls with updates due to refer loads etc.
    Number one thing a company can do for me? Leave me alone. As long as it ain’t late I don’t need to hear from anyone.
