Don't for now. A court just put the brakes on it. We'll see if the White House fights it. My guess is they won't.
Please don't make it political and keep the conversation here.

Its not a political stance to not want to be forced to choose between having a medical procedure done against your will, or go live on the street. Thats a human rights issue which the nuremberg code supposedly addresses.

I will preface this with this...
I have gotten the two shot Moderna vaccine.
It was not forced on me, I chose to get it. And I am normally an antivax person.
I will not be doing any booster shots.
A government mandate to force people to take a vaccine, or any form of medication, is basically declaring martial law on the population.
Where does it end?
1984 and Gattaca come to mind.
And that is not a political stance.
It is a stance of a non-biased practical viewpoint.John Joel Glanton, spindrift, dunchues and 10 others Thank this. -
With the judge ordering .GOV to respond by Monday afternoon, making them work through the weekend, it’s almost like he’s sending a message?
I’m reading this as going the same way as the CDC eviction moratorium: tossed out of court summarily for complete lack of legal foundation.Lite bug, MidWest_MacDaddy and Waterman_99 Thank this. -

There will be no realistic choice but to relent on that one. It's a ridiculous over-reach just as the tax penalties for not buying health insurance from private/for profit companies was a ridiculously unconstitutional over-reach. (If they'd chosen to offer me subsidized Medicare priced insurance and kept the penalties I might have even been okay with that.)

I agree with you on this Moosetek, I have been vaccinated for my own reasons. I wholeheartedly agree it should never be forced on anyone. It is absolutely complete BS for a government to force a vaccine on people.
The group of people here who have travelled from one end of the country to the other during these times of all people to force into something shows how completely out of touch the government has gotten.
Bean Jr., drvrtech77, Moosetek13 and 1 other person Thank this.
