I have seen this Radio in a bunch of different trucks. I have personally had it in a Mac a couple different freightliner‘s and now in a 2014 western star. One problem I’ve had with this radio in all the trucks as it randomly defaults to the radio ID. I feel like it’s in a demo mode or something and just needs to be turned off fori it to stop doing it but I’ve been through the manual I’ve been through all the settings that I can find and can’t seem to find anything to turn it off.
Does anybody have any information on how to stop it from defaulting back to channel 1 radio ID?
yes I have an active subscription to the radio.

Probably needs the signal refreshed, that's what they all do when your subscription expires. You can call customer service and have them refresh the signal, or you can do it yourself if you use their app on your smart phone.

Thanks for the reply. I have done the signal refresh a few time and my subscription has never expired. This is a daily thing with this brand of radio.
