    Hello everyone!
    I have a '17 d13 volvo with 495k on her.

Started having issues with my dpf system, asking for a park regen daily. This started happening after changing out nox sensors.

After the regen, runs fine for about 7-800 miles, then asks for one again. The soot level gauge keeps showing the level to be at 25%, oscillating slightly, then jumps to "2" in an instant, the point at which parked regen is required. During the regen it provides a code (DTC P103C00) that disappears after the regen has finished. No other codes, check engine lights etc...

I'd appreciate any input, ideas & suggestions and especially past experiences with the issue.

    Thanks! ✌

Shut the battery master switch off, disconnect the ECM connectors and give them a light spray of CRC silicone spray--not PB Blaster, not WD40, not any other kind of spray. Plug the connectors back in.

Do the same with all connectors behind the passenger side fairing where all the pollution junk is. Check those wires carefully for any damage or corrosion.

If you've been having the Blue Beacon wash your engine, STOP. Those guys don't know any better not to hit the ECM connectors with high pressure water.

Why were the NOx sensors changed? I attached some diagnostic steps for this fault code.

Might check and make sure the Flex Pipe is not damaged. Mine got damaged and melted the heat guard mesh off into the DPF filter causing it to have to regen right away.

Took her to a shop that specializes in volvos, do a lot of dpf stuff too, so it got hooked up to volvo's diagnostics tool. No faults, no codes. Nada... so they'll burn the filters clean at a dealer, make sure specs are within limits and do a post-maintenance dpf reset. Hopefully that works. Thank you guys for all the help! Checked #### near everything I could by myself. I'll update if this lil "spa treatment" does the trick.
