Not so much a Question as much as a Thank You.

I wanted to take a minute to say Mahalo to all those who helped me achieve this start in my new career. At 56 this was much more of a Bucket List item that I wanted to achieve.

I finished my school at the top of the class, I aced my alley dock (could have measured the distance from the tires to the line on each side), and in one shot. I was proud of that!! My road test was in a manual in some of the worse weather I have seen in Tampa this year. When we pulled back in the yard, the State Examiner said, "congratulations, you passed your CDL, and I'm giving you an Endorsement for driving in Monsoons, and Hurricanes (hahaha) yeah it was that bad. Speaking of Endorsements, I picked up my T, N, H & X along the way. I figured if I didn't land my first choice, i could move fuel out of Port Tampa.

I took my time and did land my first choice of Jobs. I will fly to Green Bay after Thanksgiving to go through orientation with PTI. I will then join their Southern Fleet, and be based out of Tampa, Dedicated driving in the South Whoop! Whoop! I'm so excited to get started.
