What are some companies that hire new CDL school graduates? I would prefer a dedicated or possibly regional run... Are most food grade company trucks mid roof because of the bays that they back into?

Stay away from regional unless you want to stay regional. I have a friend who did regional in va, pa. And they played hell to get a otr gig. Start with otr then go regional. Its hard to do it the other way.

Most trucks that pull tanks, whether food grade or chemical, are mid roof. There are racks you cannot get under with a condo. And the high trucks, while helpful aerodynamically when pulling a 13'6" van, can actually lower fuel economy when pulling a tank.

    tscottme and feldsforever Thank this.
