It's actually a collaborative, stream-of-consciousness novel, and skipping pages is not allowed.

The punishments of the OM are swift and severe.

Also, it never "rains" on this thread. It "tains".

    Welcome.

I'm at the Waffle House in Calhoun, Ga.

Sausage Egg n Cheese Hashbrown Bowl topped with chili.

I'm supposed to be in Dayton at noon. Probably not gonna make it. Struggling to care.

The local job I applied to subs out their background checks to a third party, so a further delay in the process.

After that, road test, piss test, welcome aboard.

The one thing I AM concerned about, is, after taking 10 days off work, I'm 50 pages behind on WIIS.

I'm trying hard not to "Woosh!"

    We'll see.

Drivers at a company I worked for were telling me they would shove news papers everywhere. Then put on snow mobile suits to driven in the winter but the money was better. This was tanker work Jersey to Canada, down to buffalo back to Jersey. Like 5 years ago , guy was in his early 60s.

This is a good example of why I don't talk to people anymore.

First cabover I drove was a 1963 GMC crackerbox.
And yes we would use newspaper, grease rags ,whatever in
the winter. Now in the summer we would get the biggest block
of ice that would fit in the passenger floor, kick open the
front vent on that side , and for a while we had air conditioning.
Of course you'd put the ice in and go eat before leaving, had
to let it melt a bit in the floor or there'd be a dust storm.
Block ice was a lot easier to find back then.
I enjoy looking at the restored COE trucks , hope I never have
    to drive one again.

Same here. Can’t ever find the Orange. New flavor is blue. Best to want things no one else does. Never be without. True for Work, Vehicles, and Women.

Nope, it's a tickled n14 that carts steel.
And my friend drives for time, not mpg.
