Where to go if you have a bad record / DWI dismissed case?

Isn’t it amazing how all charges are dropped, they never pursued the case which is even better than being found “not guilty“ because technically it’s supposed to be like it never happened. Yet companies will still hold things like this against you. In my opinion this needs to stop. If a person is found not guilty or the charges are dropped it should be erased from any record anywhere that anyone can find.
