I just had EXACT SCENARIO happen to me last week on the Ohio Turnpike at the Stony Ridge/I-280 (Toledo) interchange. Some idiot in a white Cascadia (possibly owner/operator) decided to cut in front of me in the EZPASS lane because he didn’t want to wait in line in one of the Cash/EZPASS lanes.

 

In so tired of all these "woke" folks screaming racism racism racism racism, when 90% of thier own comments are racist. Just because a person is white, does not make them racist or "privileged."

I am white, I am male, I am NOT racist, and I'm sure as hell NOT privileged. I have EARNED every single penny that I have ever gotten since I got my first job at the age of 13. I have made very stupid decisions that cost me dearly, not only financially but criminally... I spent 6 years of my life incarcerated.

IMO this "woke" movement is DESTROYING this country by giving people the idea that everyone is entitled to have whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want. Well guess what, FREEDOM is NOT free, there is no such thing as a free lunch. The ONLY things EVERYONE is entitled to, have been spelled out very clearly in The Constitution of the United States of America, and the Bill of Rights. And yes, some of those things CAN be taken away from ANYONE who proves they dont deserve those things by breaking the law.

I find it very disturbing that some Americans think that it is appropriate to fight for SOME peoples rights, by attacking and trying to deny the rights of others. And I find it down right disgusting that those same Americans often find it justifiable to riot, loot, and otherwise break the law in the name of freedom, equality, and justice.

My request to those who want to scream for Freedom, Equality, and Justice... the condemnation of racism, violence, and vigilantyism is quite simple. Look in the mirror and make 100% certain that you have not become the very thing you are screaming out against. If you can honestly do that I will stand with you and scream. But if you cannot... dont expect me to bend a knee to you, or even shed a tear, when you get injured, jailed, or killed.

America CANNOT bow to the wishes of the mob. For to do so, would be to spit upon the sacrifices of the men and women who Founded, Fought for, and Defended this country. The very Freedom, Equality, and Justice that we ALL have a right to is paid in Blood, Sweat, Tears, and the very Lives of those men and women. But that cost was not paid by denying the rights of some or through unlawful actions. It was, and needs continue to be paid through Legal, Ethical, and Moral conversations, debate, reform, and government sanctioned warfare.

I sincerely hope that I am as Proud to be an American on the day I die as I am today. But I fear America is turning its back on the very Values this country was founded upon... Freedom, Equality, and Justice for ALL.

I Am what I Am. No Apologies. No handouts taken or given. I’ve been subject to Racism or what some call Reverse Racism. I don’t believe there is such a thing. There’s enough blame to go around. Personally I’m tired of the whole subject. Heard it discussed all my life. Seen all sides of it. Lived in the North and the South, since the late 60s. I have plenty of experiences to make me bitter, if I so choose. I choose not to. Instead I treat others the way I want to be treated. The Golden Rule. Others can do what they want. It’s their choice. Leave Me out if it. Not my game. I refuse to play it. Had enough, seen enough to know better. Now I could care less.

 

By far the most ethnically diverse industry I have ever been apart of.
