That house is toast. No way an insurance company will allow the howm to be rebuilt there. Plus I can hear the policy going kaching!

I hope that trucker has a cam and can prove it was the 4 wheeler that caused the wreck. Otherwise thats the end of HIS carrier. As it is he best pucker up because him, the compamy he works for/owns the car driver and all the insurances involved are about to get a visit from the hammer and bent over by a well endowed herd of horses sans lube

Also likely the 4 wheeler is going to sue him regardless of fault.

someone's gonna have a lousy holiday season.

just this from the report alone, (to me) alleges high speed driving on the truckers part.

Quick and dirty way to do demo. Hit with truck and haul off what falls in the dump body. Saves man power and money. No need for extra dozers or track hoes. Lol!

well, if'n he did have a camera, it'll show him speeding. won't really matter from that point, if the 4 wheeler caused the crash. even a bad lawyer will say something like, "your honor, had that trucker not been speeding, he would have not crashed with my client, cuz he wouldn't have been there at the very same time, my client was".

Dump truck held the house up. It collapsed as they pulled the truck out.
