An extra 200 ft/lb won't hurt anything. Back in the day there was a lot of big power behind 12513s & 14613s and they held up just fine with A GOOD DRIVER not a steering wheel holder.

Be easy with the shifts and don't lug it. Lugging it is bad for the trans, it'll make heat pretty quickly

Please explain "lugging" a transmission. I've heard of lugging a motor. I believe is running at a low RPM.
    What is lugging a transmission?

Would an automatic even get into a situation when it's lugging.
    I don't know, that's why I ask.
    Thanks

Same as lugging an engine. Just puts more un needed stress on the drive line. I was more so talking if you have a hot high hp engine not factory stock

I had it bumped to 1750.. The clutch is good to 1850. Could I run the engine at 1850tq? Or should I leave it where it’s at with some wiggle room?
