The importance of a 15 to 20-minute nap cannot be overstated.
Once you get in the habit of taking 15 or 20 minute nap so you're not going to believe the difference.
Learning to fall asleep quickly is very important. I use mindful breathing techniques and they have been a life changer for me. -
Farva and Malt Ball Cult Thank this.

Sometimes I use music to help me. (You Make Me) Rock Hard by Kiss is a song that I find invigorating.

Back in the day cow haulers used to soak their tooth picks in Dr. Bells. Or so I been told. I have also been told they changed the formula or whatever on Dr. Bells and it just makes you hungry now.
Why the cow haulers have always been singled out I’m not sure, their was a time the freight boys were pushed just as hard or harder. It was just how it was at the time. They done what they had to to make a hand. I’m in no way condoning it, just how it was. I have known of way more chicken haulers to get out there where it’s dark and muddy and need to be told to take a nap than cow haulers. They were too busy had #### to do yet we still get blamed. That’s alright even a top notch A game heavy hauler needs a heroBret1984, RedForeman, Last Call and 2 others Thank this.
